Upper Island Assessment & Resource Service (ARS) is an employee benefit program that provides employees, eligible family members and retirees of sponsoring organizations with confidential and professional assistance in addressing personal concerns. 

Jointly administered by management and union or employee groups, our organization focuses on a broad range of intervention, prevention and wellness services. These increase the overall health, well-being and morale of employees which in turn creates a positive, safe and productive work place.
